How do I get started?

Great question!

If your goals include achieving the incredible benefits this style of eating provides, if you desire more energy, better immune function, increased mental clarity and a slimmer, more youthful and radiant appearance, then you have come to the right place! Here's how to get started:

Helping you move most effectively towards accomplishing your goals depends primarily on 3 factors:

  • 1. Your goals, what you want to accomplish from this eating style
  • 2. From where you are currently starting and how quickly you are willing to make changes
  • 3. Your budget

So our first piece of guidance is this: we invite you to email us at info@blissfulfoods.com. Provide the answers to the 3 questions above and we will be happy to make personalized recommendations that best fit your specific situation.

But for those who want some basic guidance here, we'll do our best to provide you enough information to begin making a positive change in your life immediately, with grace and ease, and in a way that fits your budget.

The two products we consider most foundational are the digestive enzymes and Chocolate Bliss. The digestive enzymes are foundational because if you are lacking in them (and most people are), then you are simply unable to extract maximum value from the foods you eat. So the use of enzymes will help you get more bang for your nutritional buck. Your food will provide you more value and benefit.

Chocolate Bliss is foundational because of how it is constructed, the ingredients it contains and the reason those ingredients are in there. Now, if you are on a budget, start with these two products and simply use less. Instead of taking one Digest with each meal, even just taking one a day will provide great benefit. If you can't afford to drink a quart of Chocolate Bliss a day, then drink 1-2 8-ounce glasses. Your body will still begin to move upscale in a serious way. For those on a budget, an inexpensive way to begin getting more superfood content into your diet is through the use of Fiesta Mole and the Black Chia Seeds. Sprinkle a couple heaping teaspoons of Fiesta Mole onto your salads, or take a tablespoon and mix with warm water to make a raw vegan superfood cup of soup. Put a teaspoon of chia seeds on salads or in smoothies. Chia is a superfood in its own right with a tremendous array of health benefits.

Sunfire Salt is another terrific product with which to start. Use it to replace all the salt in your home and your body will thank you for getting rid of toxic, contaminated salt and replacing it with pure, clean salt rich with trace minerals.

If you take standard nutritional supplements, replace them with the products listed above along with one of the the stellar greens superfood products we offer,  Vitamineral Green from Healthforce Nutritionals or Pure Synergy from The Synergy Company. You will stop loading your body up with synthetic nutrients it cannot efficiently use, along with toxic excipients, fillers and binders, and instead give your body whole food-based nutrition it can actually use. For those with a larger budget, consider adding in Pure Radiance C and the MaxStress Nano B Complex products. You will be feeding your body whole food-based vitamin C and a full spectrum B complex and you will immediately feel the difference. And for this category of customer, increase your use of Chocolate Bliss and Digest. To start, take a Digest with each meal. Try to consume a minimum of 3-4 8-ounce glasses of Chocolate Bliss a day. Just with this program, your energy level will significantly improve and become far more even.

So to summarize, a great set of products to begin using is Digest, Chocolate Bliss, Fiesta Mole, Black Chia Seeds and Sunfire Salt. Don't look at these products as supplements (although their use will allow you to reduce or eliminate your purchase of traditional supplements), they are groceries. As you begin to incorporate them into your diet you will see your food budget begin to drop. If you are on a very tight budget, get the same products and then simply use them more sparingly. Even just using a few teaspoons a day of Fiesta Mole, for example, will provide great benefit and the small bag will last over a month at that rate.
