Shipping and returns

All orders are shipped via FedEx, typically using Home for residential deliveries or Ground for business addresses. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Regarding returns, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, email or call us immediately to arrange a replacement or return. Unopened items that are not damaged or defective may be returned and will be refunded minus a $5 restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of ordering. No other returns or exchanges will be processed.
